The best way to make a reservation is to call and speak directly to one of our staff members.
The phones are staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time
If you reach us after hours be certain to leave a message including your name and phone numbers where you can be reached. We do check our messages each and every morning and return calls as quickly as possible. We enjoy talking to you, assisting you with your site choice and we want you to stay with us!

Information required at time of reservation includes:
- Type of site required
- Amps required 30 or 50
- Dates of stay
- Phone # used while in the park
- Name and Address
- License plate on RV
- Make and year of RV
- e-mail address
- Length of RV
- And of course your credit card information to hold the site-card is not run and charged until you check in*
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to a reserved check in date. All cancellations received later than the 24 hours prior to reservation date are subject to a charge of one day of the reserved period. No refunds are made if departure is prior to final reservation date.
You can also use “BookYourSite.com” however, a $5.00 fee per transaction will be added to the first day of your stay. All online reservations are discounted 10% to accommodate the various discounts offered for club memberships. There is no additional discount given at time of check-in. This first day plus transaction fee is non-refundable, however if you need to cancel at least 24 hours prior to check in you will not be charged for the remainder of the reservation.
