The campground gets busy during the summer and fall months. We can usually accommodate you if you drop in, however, we recommend a reservation to get exactly the site you want. Hope you can visit!


Beautiful Weather all Year
Balloons in the fall sunshine, a perfect time to come visit the area with the summer crowds heading home.


Winter skiing with Taos Valley RV Park as your base is possible with most days warming up nicely in the southern sun.


Spring brings warm days and cool nights again the weather during mid March through May is usually close to freezing at night (25 - 40 F) but warm and sunny during the day (mid-60s - 70s F). This is a great time to go hiking before the summer heat.


The sunsets are beautiful All year long. Come enjoy! We look forward to seeing you.


Carson National Forest - Taos Ski Valley
The forest is open for many uses: Skiing, hiking, fishing, picnicking. Taos Ski Valley also opens for rides up the mountain in the summer for hiking and sightseeing. Call the Ski Valley for times and dates.


Enchanted Circle Drive
Drive the Enchanted Circle and see the beautiful scenery and interesting small villages ! The roads are passable in your RV but much more enjoyable by car or motorcycle.


Art Galleries and Museums
The art galleries and museums of Taos are world famous. There are many to choose from and are within a few miles of our park.


Taos Pueblo
The Taos Pueblo has a number of special events during the the spring months as well as welcoming visitors daily to enjoy this world heritage site.


Rio Grande River
The Rio Grande River and Gorge west of Taos is a sight not to be missed when here. You can walk across the bridge or hike down to the river. There are several access points to the river near Taos.
